all of us are experiencing this kind of feeling. Feeling of drowning in uncontrollable sadness that made you lost in your mind. Crying and getting anxious because of the past you've done wrong, before. Pretending to be okay even though you're not. Don't let your heart being eaten of sadness as long as you have your family, friends or loved ones. If they are always there for you, don't hesitate to share some of your thoughts. Always remember that God is on your side, too. Keep Him in your heart because every problems you had in your life, He knows everything of that and He will help you to lessen it. It's okay to cry and to pretend not to be okay but if it's too much, don't let yourself carry all of your sadness. There are still people who are willing give their hands to help you. Try to make some new hobbies that can make you smile and forget all of your thoughts. When new morning has come, there is new hope. Be strong always!
